Is life a challenge right now? Does it seem like the same struggles keep appearing in your life even after many attempts to improve? Do you feel alone in your relationships? Do you have a gnawing feeling that life could be better than this? When is the last time you truly felt good?

In a safe environment we will explore areas of your life that are not satisfying and together we will find solutions. Oftentimes, during challenges, we forget what we know, and need assistance in supporting positive change. I will ask you to examine your life and beliefs, this can be uncomfortable, but necessary.

My compassionate, direct approach will help you achieve the results you want, quickly and safely. I will help you go gently into areas of your body where emotional holding and trauma can get stuck. In fact ,once the “issues in the tissues” are explored, integrated, and released, often greater emotional, physical, and mental clarity will follow. I will also help you update old belief systems associated with the physical release. Affirmations to support the change process are also used.  After your initial series of sessions, you will feel prepared to enjoy and continue the work on your own.

My goal is to use a mind/body approach to get to the core of your challenges in as little as two or three sessions. Once core issues are understood you will be on your way to making permanent changes that last.   We will create an individual treatment plan to support and sustain those changes.
